Owners Network Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Owners Network website, platform and related services available at https://www.on.dental (the "Platform"), operated by Owners Network Pty Ltd ("Owners Network", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Purpose of Owners Network
Owners Network is an online membership-based dental rewards and buying group platform designed exclusively for independent dental practice owners. We exist to negotiate improved commercial terms with dental suppliers and industry partners on behalf of our Members and to facilitate access to those negotiated benefits. Owners Network does not provide dental supplies, professional services, or third-party products itself.
2. Eligibility and Membership
2.1 Who may join
Membership is strictly limited to owners of Australian dental practices or dental laboratories ("Members"). We may require evidence of ownership at any time.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any membership application at our absolute discretion.
2.2 Authorised personnel
Members may allow employees or authorised personnel ("Authorised Personnel") to access certain areas of the Platform.
The Member is responsible for all use, and liable for all misuse, of the Platform by Authorised Personnel and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
3. Account Registration and Approval
To access the Platform, you must register an account and submit accurate, complete, and current information. Account registration constitutes a request for approval. Access to Rewards Program is only granted once your account has been reviewed and approved by Owners Network.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or outdated information.
4. Free Trial, Fees and Billing
4.1 Free trial
Approved Members may be offered a 30-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
4.2 Membership fee
The standard membership fee is $19.95 AUD per month, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
We may change membership pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Rewards Program and Dental Tokens
5.1 Overview of the Rewards Program
The Owners Network Rewards Program (Rewards Program) enables Eligible Members to purchase goods and services from participating suppliers and service providers ("Partners") and, subject to these Terms, earn digital reward points known as Dental Tokens.
5.2 Participating Partners and Token Allocation
For the purposes of the Rewards Program, Partners are those suppliers or service providers approved by Owners Network from time to time who, pursuant to their arrangements with Owners Network, allocate Dental Tokens to Owners Network by reference to qualifying expenditure incurred by Eligible Members with that Partner.
Subject to these Terms and confirmation of such expenditure, Owners Network may credit corresponding Dental Tokens to the relevant Eligible Member's Owners Network account.
5.3 Qualifying Expenditure and Payment
Dental Tokens may only be earned in respect of qualifying expenditure for which payment has been received in full by the relevant Partner, as determined by Owners Network from time to time. Placing an order, issuing a purchase order, invoicing, or ordering on credit, deferred or instalment terms does not of itself give rise to any entitlement to Dental Tokens.
5.4 Changes to Partners and Token Rates
Owners Network may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, add, remove, suspend or otherwise vary participating Partners, or vary the rate at which Dental Tokens are offered in respect of any Partner, transaction, product or service. Any such change may affect an Eligible Member's ability to earn, accrue or redeem Dental Tokens and does not give rise to any liability on the part of Owners Network or any Partner.
5.5 Eligibility and Access to the Rewards Program
The Rewards Program is available only to Members who are:
within an active 30-day free trial period; or
the holder of a current, paid subscription to Owners Network.
(each, an "Eligible Member")
Members who are not Eligible Members at the time of a transaction, or whose trial or subscription has expired, been suspended or terminated, are not entitled to earn or accrue Dental Tokens in respect of that transaction.
5.6 Nature of Dental Tokens
Dental Tokens are not legal tender, cash, or a stored value facility, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Dental Tokens are earned, accrued and redeemed strictly in accordance with these Terms and any additional conditions notified by Owners Network from time to time. Owners Network may modify, suspend or discontinue Dental Tokens or the Rewards Program at any time.
5.7 Token accrual and reporting
Dental Tokens are calculated and credited on a quarterly basis following confirmation of qualifying payments received by participating partners.
The Owner's Dashboard may display estimated or pending Dental Tokens prior to quarterly confirmation. Any such amounts are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee or entitlement until formally credited.
5.8 Redemption
Dental Tokens may be redeemed for Prezzee digital e‑gift cards via the Platform. Redemption is subject to:
minimum redemption thresholds;
availability of Prezzee vouchers;
third‑party systems;
APIs; and
processing times.
Owners Network does not issue vouchers itself and is not responsible for Prezzee system outages, delays, errors, or voucher availability.
5.9 Forfeiture
Upon cancellation or termination of membership, all unused Dental Tokens (including pending or uncredited tokens) are immediately forfeited.
6. Role of Owners Network
Owners Network acts solely as a facilitator and negotiator. We do not:
supply dental goods or professional services;
act as agent for members or partners; and
guarantee pricing, availability, service quality, or outcomes.
All purchases, contracts, and engagements are solely between the member and the relevant third‑party partner.
7. Third‑Party Partners and Links
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites, services, or offers. Owners Network does not control and is not responsible for:
partner conduct or performance;
product quality or suitability;
pricing accuracy; or
contractual terms between members and partners.
Members are responsible for reviewing and complying with all third‑party terms and policies.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
you breach these Terms;
you are no longer eligible for membership; or
we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or misconduct.
Termination results in immediate loss of access and forfeiture of all Dental Tokens.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and functionality on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Owners Network and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Platform without written consent.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owners Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits, data, tokens, or business opportunities.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or the cost of doing so.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owners Network and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
15. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
